Syndie simplifies the process of setting up a campaign with a guided step-by-step workflow. Here’s an overview of the actions:

Visit Profile

It is a non-configurable simple step, Syndie visits the profiles of your prospects, leaving a footprint that signals interest and encourages them to view your profile in return.

These visits are spaced out to avoid any patterns that seem automated.

Like Recent Post

Syndie likes recent posts from your prospects, showing genuine interest in their activity. It focuses on posts that are relevant to your campaign objectives or your ideal customer profile.

You can configure the number of posts to like (max. 5) and the number of days within which the lead has posted in .

Comment on post

The AI-powered post commenter leaves thoughtful, relevant comments on your prospects' posts. These comments are designed to spark engagement and show genuine interest in their content.

You can configure the comments with AI, also you can generate an example to be double sure.

Send Inmail

Sends InMail messages to prospects who are not in your network but allow InMail communication. These messages are crafted to be highly personalized, professional, and aligned with your outreach objectives.

You can also write down the purpose of the inmail for your outreach to be directional.

The Connection Request step in Syndie acts as a branching point, determining the next steps in your outreach campaign based on the recipient's response.

Why This Branching Is Important

  • Ensures that your outreach strategy adapts dynamically based on the recipient's behavior.

  • Helps maintain a professional LinkedIn presence by managing pending requests effectively.

  • Maximizes engagement opportunities by introducing tailored follow-ups and re-engagement steps.

If the Connection Request is Accepted:

Syndie introduces new actions, such as:

  • Follow-Up Message

  • Post Engagement: Additional actions like liking or commenting on the prospect's recent posts can be performed to strengthen engagement.

If the Connection Request is Not Accepted:

Syndie initiates alternative steps to manage unresponsive leads:

  • Withdraw Request

  • Re-Engagement Actions: Optional actions like revisiting the profile or interacting with the prospect’s content to re-capture their attention.

Follow-up Message

A personalized follow-up message is sent to continue the conversation and build rapport. This step is also configurable with AI along with example generation.

Withdraw Request

The unaccepted connection request is withdrawn after a set period to maintain a clean and professional LinkedIn account.

Advisable period to be set is 4-5 days.
