What is a Prospect list?
A Prospect List is a curated list of LinkedIn users that you want to engage with using Syndie. You can access the option from the left-side navigation bar. Syndie helps you interact with these users through various human-like actions, such as:
Visiting profiles
Liking recent posts
Commenting on their posts
Following their profiles
Following their company pages
Sending connection requests
Following up on connection requests
Withdrawing unaccepted requests
More upcoming actions
To start using your Prospect List, select it as part of your campaign setup. This ensures Syndie performs the specified actions for the users in your chosen list.
How to Create and Edit a Prospect List
You can create and customize a Prospect List according to your outreach needs. There are multiple sources available to help you build this list. Once created, you can edit it at any time to ensure it aligns with your goals..
Creating a Prospect List
Click on Create Lead List button at the top right of the screen
Choose what kind of Prospect list do you want to create
Here, you'll find 4 options -LinkedIn Search URL
Sales Navigator URL
LinkedIn Recruiter
Import from CSV
LinkedIn Search URL
This is the first source option for creating a Prospect list. Select the 'LinkedIn Search URL' option.
Fill out the List Name first.
Next, go to LinkedIn, Open the search bar.
Type down what type of LinkedIn users (people) are looking to outreach. Select People as a filter.
Filter out your search properly with the help of All filters provided by LinkedIn
After successfully filtering out the Search List on LinkedIn, copy the URL from the top of the screen
After copying the URL, come back to the Syndie screen, paste the URL and click on
Preview

You can also utilize Syndie's AI-powered Advanced Lead Filtering feature from this section. It refines your lead list to identify the most targeted users who align with your ideal customer profile. By focusing campaign actions on these users, you can achieve higher engagement and improved conversion rates.
Click on 'Publish List' at the right bottom to publish your prospect list. It is saved now can be viewed and used by members of organization too.
Sales Navigator URL
Go to Sales Navigator and start creating filtered list in the Lead section.
After successfully applying all the filters, copy the URL at the top of the screen.
After copying the sales navigator URL, come back to the Syndie - Prospect Lists Screen and paste it there, along with filling out the name of the list.
Even though, The sales navigator list would be much more filtered than a normal Linkedin search, You can also utilize Syndie's AI-powered Advanced Lead Filtering feature from this section. It refines your lead list to identify the most targeted users who align with your ideal customer profile. By focusing campaign actions on these users, you can achieve higher engagement and improved conversion rates.
Click on 'Publish List' at the right bottom to publish your prospect list. It is saved now can be viewed and used by members of organization too (even if they do not have Sales Navigator for their account)
